Are you up for the challenge? We're looking for a Customer Success Manager (f/m/d) to join our team in Munich!

What You'll Be Up To:

As part of the customer success team you will help customers on-board the Apaleo platform, support them after go-live and help them unlock its full value.

You will take responsibility for the experiences our customers have with Apaleo and you will work closely with the business development and product team and live the API-first and open platform vision.

  • You will share the apaleo platform vision with customers and help them shape the best possible solution;
  • Support them during the self-service onboarding, as well as conduct interactive user trainings and workshops;
  • Own the customer journey to help them unlock more value with the platform;
  • Iterate on existing processes and continuously improve the experiences our customers have when engaging with apaleo;
  • Collect and share data to build a deep understanding of users' needs and pain points;
  • Act as a customer advocate for product features and requirements.

Your skills:

  • High self-management and responsibility: we are in the PaaS business and we are establishing a new category in the hospitality tech industry;
  • Affinity for technology and interest to support customers with low-code, no-code solutions. You don't need to be a platform expert;
  • A customer centric mindset paired with analytical skills;
  • You are fluent in German and business fluent in English;
  • You are attracted by excellence, not afraid to fail and want to move fast.
