What you’ll do :

• Review and edit French texts on Pipedrive’s website, app, and knowledge base
• Translate texts from English to French through Crowdin
• Collaborate and lead the team to create content for Pipedrive’s forthcoming French language blog
• Ensure consistent style and terminology across different channels
• Cooperate with different teams within Pipedrive as well as external partners on French-language initiatives
• Create a common glossary for French to ensure quality and consistency in translations
• Help create a strategy and quarterly roadmaps for Pipedrive in French, related to product and marketing content
• Source and manage a team of freelancers to create original and localized French articles, and ensure the quality of their work.
• Work with the SEO manager and country manager to identify French-language keyword opportunities and define the roadmap for delivery of this content
• Create and edit copy for video, graphics, ebooks, and emails
• Manage Pipedrive’s French-language social media content strategy
• Work with the Inbound content team and country manager to identify new channels and markets for French-speaking content
• Contribute to other localization-related activities as necessary
• Be the main point of contact for Pipedrive in French and all content-based initiatives in French

Who we’re looking for :

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an English-French translator and content creator
• Native French speaker
• Fluency in English is required
• Passionate about writing and translating English into French
• Focused on context and meaning, but with the ability to construct narratives and tell stories
• High attention to detail and excellent organization skills
• Ability to work on multiple projects across different teams and effectively juggle diverse writing demands
• Ability to manage a content platform, including commissioning original material
• Experience curating SEO-centred content.
• An eye for nuances and grammar
• A goal-oriented team player with great communication skills
• A degree in French Language or Literature, Journalism, Marketing or a related field
