Lead a business development team and collaborate with our local teams to successfully grow our business in close collaboration with David, our Director Production Europe! We are looking for a new Team Lead Business Development Production Europe (f/m/x) to take part in building up the venture throughout several countries in Europe. Take responsibility for keeping the production centers well equipped.

Your new role

• Lead the team responsible for streamlining the purchasing and procurement for all materials needed in our production centers in Europe
• Negotiate contracts, rates and agreements with suppliers for workshop supplies and equipment
• Link closely with our production controlling team to set up purchasing processes tightly linked to our budgeting plan
• Assess needs in close contact with the workers on-site
• Analyze the market to constantly optimize our supply and find the best way forward for our production processes
   

Your Skills

• Relevant work experience and a strong analytical background, ideally with management and leadership experience
• Strong strategic and data-driven background with proven examples of supply chain optimization
• A good attention to detail, you are well organized and familiar with the processes and needs in workshops or production centers, ideally in the automotive industry
• You are able to take data-driven decisions and elaborate reports, always looking for the biggest impact items
• Fluent in English and German
