Responsibilities

Within the HR Services Team France, we are a diverse and inclusive team of experts and young professionals. Together, we are committed to deliver the highest quality of service to our BASF partners in France. To complete our team, we are looking for a Working Student (m/f/d) who will mainly support our team with different Learning tasks-

• You will create training items and events into our HR system.
• You register attendance lists and you will take care of the external invoices.
• You will perform data quality checks and support on different reporting topics
• You will be in contact with the BASF employees in France, sending notifications to participants and answering their requests on all Learning topics.

We offer you a comprehensive job mainly focused on Learning and you may support in other HR processes handled in the Team (e.g. Inquiry or Recruiting).

Qualifications

• You are a student looking for a one year contract starting as soon as possible in part-time to gain valuable experience next to your studies.
• You have a strong interest in Human Resources.
• You are proactive, customer oriented and you have good analytical skills.
• You have good MS-Office expertise. Knowledge of Excel would be appreciated.
• Professional and open-minded, you like working in a young and dynamic team.
• You are fluent in French and English, ideally in German.
