Responsibilities

We drive mobility. As a special HR unit, our new Mobility Services department is responsible for the demand-oriented and legally secure provision of services for all business travel and international personnel transfers.

Within the framework of an internship of 4 - 6 months, we are looking for you as a committed and motivated personality. You will be involved in our ongoing project from the beginning and can actively contribute.

• In the context of the cooperation with various global contacts, you will actively exchange ideas and support the project coordination.
• Together with the project team, you actively support with the overall project planning and management.
• Being the perfect host- You are responsible for scheduling, preparing and post-processing meetings.
• We love data! You are actively involved in the consolidation and analysis of data.
• Last but not least, you keep all relevant project documentation up to date.

QUALIFICATIONS

• enrolled student with a focus on Finance, Tax, HR or similar field of study
• interest in gaining initial or further experience in project management
• confident handling of MS Office, especially MS Teams and SharePoint
• excellent communication skills in English
• organizational skills as well as a motivated, goal-oriented and reliable way of working
