Responsibilities

Join our unit Accounts Receivable as a manager and ensure together with us high-quality accounts receivable!

• You lead the team both disciplinary and functionally, assign work tasks, agree on goals and regularly assess work performance, promote the interests of the employees and support them in their personal and professional development.
• Supported by team specialists, you are responsible for the smooth operational service delivery and consistent high-level service quality, while ensuring the analysis as well as continuous optimization of processes.
• You are in close contact with our partners and the other departments and lead multiple optimization projects at once, dealing with ambiguity, tight deadlines and rapidly changing priorities in a fast-paced international environment.
• Furthermore, you support digital initiatives, drive global processes harmonization and standardization.
• In close cooperation with the management team, you contribute to strategic development of the department and support the management of the department through regular reporting.

QUALIFICATIONS

• successfully completed business studies or a comparable qualification
• several years of professional experience, especially in the optimization of internal processes and structures
• experience with projects for the continuous improvement of business processes
• knowledge of the SAP FI and FSCM modules
• very good knowledge of German and English
• distinctive skills in managing employees
