For our Customer Service team, we are looking for a full-time Order Management Representative who speaks French, Spanish and/or Italian and always meets and exceeds customer expectations. With your calm personality and attention to detail, you will process the daily order flow, ensuring a smooth supply chain through order management and follow-up.
Our diverse and international Customer Service team is based at the European headquarters in Amersfoort (NL). There are three sub-teams; Order Management, Customer Relations, and Field Support, working together to support our customers throughout Europe. Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage in SAP the daily customer order flow coming in through different channels (e.g. EDI, email, Esker, fax, phone)
- Collect and analyze delivery reports from logistic service providers
- Communicate with internal departments including Warehouse, Finance, Master Data, and Credit Control to investigate and resolve customer disputes
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails from customers regarding shipments and invoices
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Quality Processes
Requirements:
- Post-secondary professional education (MBO+) or Bachelor’s Degree (HBO)
- 1-3 years of experience in Customer Service
- Good knowledge of MS Office and Windows-based computer applications
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and French, Spanish or Italian.
- Experience with SAP is a strong advantage
