To be of even more service to our customers, we are looking for a driven, commercially strong and enthusiastic Inside Sales Representative. You love talking to both our customers and prospects, in English and German. The more languages you know, the better! Are you a commercial jack of all trades who knows how to tackle things and do you speak these two languages on a professional level? Then we are looking for you!

The role of inside sales representative

As Inside Sales Representative you support our Account Managers by answering frequently asked questions from customers and you play a central role in the international sales team BIMcollab. The questions are often of a commercial nature, such as explaining how to place (online) orders, the processing of orders, or the independent preparation of quotations and order confirmations. Also, part of the job is arranging coördination with the back office for the processing of special orders or the scheduling of (online) appointments and the creative search for solutions for special customer requirements. You are therefore often the first point of contact for our customers and prospects so that our Account Managers have the time to deal with more complex commercial projects. It also comes naturally for you to pick up a phone and join the sales team to tackle some campaign lists together and reach out to prospects.

You are part of an advisory sales process in which you think along with our customers and advise on the best solution. We ensure that you get to know our products through internal training so that you are well prepared. As a commercial administrative talent, you decide for yourself where the bar is and how fast you will continue to grow. Who are we?

We are an inspired group of fanatics who believe that designing and building can be more efficient with sustainable buildings as a result. With that goal in mind, we develop advanced tools for BIM (Building information modelling). With BIM all stakeholders can work together more effectively because all information is stored in one integrated 3D (data) model, which can be used from design to maintenance. Worldwide we reach top-100 construction companies and architectural offices with our model validation software BIMcollab ZOOM integrated into BIMcollab Cloud for BIM issue management. A team effort we are really proud of! Additionally, we are a distributor in the Benelux of the BIM design software Archicad. We always score 8+ in client satisfaction surveys.

What do you need for this?

  • You live in the vicinity of our office in Eindhoven, The Netherlands, and are eligible to work here. We expect you to be able to work from our office at least two days per week.
  • At least an intermediate vocational education.
  • Experience in a B2B environment and you are comfortable in an organisation where the primary language is English.
  • Excellent commercial and communicative skills in English and German.
  • You are result-driven and a self-starter but also a real team player.
