Team members are expected to develop and manage their own sales pipeline as well as contribute to a monthly team sales target.

What you will be doing:

• Achieve daily activity and monthly sales targets
• Selling to customers across the UK primarily and Europe
• Developing, growing and supporting all aspects of the business sales cycle
• Managing and tracking a high volume of telephone and email prospects
• Conducting presentations and demo's over the phone with Directors and CEO's
• Managing prospecting, negotiation and closing
• Delivering accurate pipeline and forecasts to sales management
• Effectively utilising Mintel's CRM system and leverage Mintel's internal resources

What we are looking for from you:

• Fluency in English and German
• Degree educated with a strong interest in Marketing and Sales
• Being comfortable in a busy, outgoing environment
• Experienced in a telephone-based role
• Naturally competitive and a team player
• Willing to take new ideas on board
• Being energetic and naturally inquisitive
