The Role

We are looking for an experienced Systems Analyst who will be responsible for Technical Analysis, issue triage, and investigation of issues and their dependencies on other applications upstream and downstream of the application.

Key responsibilities:

• Work with the business to understand the requirements and document it.
• You will be the first point of contact for the tickets raised by business (queries or issues).
• Translate business requirements from German to English if required and delegate to offshore developers.
• Ensure all documentation process agreed by the customer process are adhered to.
• Follow the Agile framework prescribed by the customer.
• Participate in story grooming and sizing, ensuring stories are ready to work on in the sprint.
• Work with geographically distributed teams to deliver high-quality software products and services.
• Work closely with colleagues, developers, testers, and a variety of end users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction.

Key Skills/Knowledge:

• Fluent in German.
• Demonstrable knowledge and experience in any two of the following technical skills: Java, Oracle forms and reports, BA experience.

Experience Required:

• Possess strong experience working in similar streams with the knowledge on insurance and similar scope of work.
• Experience in working with geographically distributed teams is an added advantage.
• Experience with interacting German business users and ability to understand the technical requirement, handover/ work with offshore technical teams for the seamless delivery.
