This position reports to- Junior HR Team Lead
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to drive HR Operations globally or in a respective geography. Each day, you will take full accountability for the end-to-end operations and deliver high-quality services against agreed performance targets.
You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring a high degree of customer experience and by being responsible for people management in the given geographical scope.
The work model for the role is: hybrid.
This role is contributing to the HR Operational Services in Krakow.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Execute and deliver HR services in compliance with business processes to meet KPIs and quality targets, ensuring end-to-end responsibility.
- Manage risk assessments and control tasks in HR activities to maintain legal and regulatory compliance.
- Drive HR service improvements by analyzing customer feedback and enhancing business process efficiency.
- Lead cross-functional projects to upgrade HR tools and systems, improving service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications For The Role
- You are highly skilled in HR Shared Services for a global company, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in roles such as Employee Life Cycle Management, Talent Acquisition, or Global Mobility and Compensation & Performance.
- You have established skills in languages, being fluent in English and German.
- You are immersed in using specialized software/platforms such as SAP and MS Office, and familiarity with SNOW would be beneficial.
- You are passionate about managing multiple demands on your time and innovative around working in cross-functional teams.
- You have a Bachelor’s degree and demonstrate a proactive way of working to serve customers with a “can-do” attitude.
- You possess strong written and spoken communication skills and a collaborative, solution-focused approach.
