Job Description

Join the team serving customers of a well-known household appliance brand. Develop the competences of the future in the area of ​​customer service based on modern solutions (CX) together with 1,200 consultants throughout Poland!

With us you will receive

  • Salary of PLN 7,500 gross + bonus (up to PLN 2,000 gross)

What does a working day look like?

We familiarize ourselves with the current situation and changes in procedures ,  answer calls and serve customers. We provide technical advice and order service visits. We know that in the case of slightly more difficult reports we can count on the support of the team and Team Leader.


What sets you apart:

  • Good computer skills - all tasks are performed electronically.
  • Fluent knowledge of Finnish, Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, German or Hebrew  (min. C1) - essential for customer service.
  • Communicative knowledge of English (min. B1) - for communication within the company.
  • The ability to listen and read with understanding, to produce clear statements with respect for the other person.
  • Readiness to work in a shift system - Monday to Friday, between 08:00 and 18:00.
