Job Description

Your responsibilities

 

  • HR administration for our client in Switzerland
  • Entering and maintaining employee data (SAP, Success Factors)—new hires, changes in employment conditions, absences, time management, personal data changes, terminations, etc.
  • Direct employee support on the HR hotline
  • Issuing of employment documentation (employment references and certificates)
  • Travel management: Managing regional tickets subscriptions (as an option)
  • Job offers verification and posting on internal and external platforms
  • Close collaboration with HR Recruitment/Administration Teams in Switzerland

Our requirements:

  • 1 year of experience in a similar role would be an advantage
  • Fluent written and spoken German (at least C1) – your written and spoken language proficiency will be verified
  • Knowledge of French and/or Italian would be an asset
  • Working knowledge of English
  • Strong Customer Service Mindset
  • Systematic and efficient time management, used to work to a deadline
  • Team player attitude
  • Ability to handle tasks and assignments independently
  • Fast learning and effective communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
