We are looking for a skilled IT Expert with German language knowledge to join our dynamic IT team. As an IT Expert, you will be responsible for providing technological support across various aspects of the company's operations, including managing IT infrastructure, software development, and implementing innovative technology solutions to support our global logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• IT Infrastructure Management: Maintain and optimize the company’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, operating systems, and applications.
• Technical Support: Provide technical support by troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.
• IT Project Management: Collaborate with internal and external teams to manage IT projects from planning through implementation and monitoring.
• IT Security: Ensure data and system security by implementing best practices in cybersecurity, monitoring, and responding to potential threats.
• Process Optimization and Automation: Identify and implement IT solutions to automate processes, improving operational efficiency.
• User Training and Support: Provide training to employees on new systems and applications, and offer ongoing technical support.

Requirements:

• A degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in an IT role (preferably in logistics or supply chain management).
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure management, operating systems (Windows, Linux), and applications.
• Experience with database management systems (SQL, NoSQL) and cloud computing (AWS, Azure).
• Understanding of cybersecurity and data protection best practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical approach to challenges.
• Fluent in German, French
• Good communication skills in English (additional language skills are a plus).
• Ability to work in a team and thrive in a fast-paced, international environment.
