Your Key Responsibilities

• Follow-up with suppliers
• Controllling (analysis & evaluation &cont. improvements) correct usage of implemented supplier integration tools
• Support suppliers with integration issues
• First level support (if not related to SupplyOn) & escalate if needed
• Properly documenting and archiving of data owing to defined requirements
• CIP - continuous improvement process within assigned responsibilities
• Providing helpdesk service for internal customers
• Various additional tasks within the Sales&Operations Project

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration or equivalent
• 1-3 years specialist experience in related field, with technical knowledge as an asset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel icl. Pivot, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Good knowledge of procurement tools (e.g. SAP MM, SupplyOn)
• Advanced English and German (speaking and writing)
• Ability to work in a team and international enviroment
• Problem solving attitude and good analytical thinking
• Strong customer orientation and organizational skills, with the ability of multi-tasking
